The highest administrative body of the Chamber is the General Assembly of the partners.

The General Meeting elects and revokes the Directors, Managers and Representatives of the company, validates the accounts of the company, decides on the entry and deletion of partners and generally decides on any matter that does not fall under the competence of another body.

Board of Directors

All corporate affairs are managed by the Board of Directors, which is elected by the General Assembly for a five-year period (5 years) and manages the company.

The members of the Board of Directors are re-elected.

1. b) the Vice-President – Secretary and
2. c) the General Manager – Treasurer.

In the Chamber participate all those who not only think about the future of their children, but try to find the way to ensure that this future will be sustainable.
